I also dyed the fabric for Elsa's train. I had bought this really awesome Lame when I first started, and I totally didn't buy near enough. I figure I can use the lame for the snowflake details and applique them on. At this point, I didn't have enough money to buy the kind of fabric I would have liked. Instead I bought two sets of white sheer curtains, then dyed them.  This was tough, because I wasn't certain  what shade or tone of blue I wanted them to turn out. Sheer is difficult that way. i ended up going with a sort of light blue. That's what it looked like in one of the poster pics of her. I can always batik in some darker tones later, but for now, I'm just glad to be done with dying things.
